E9 Error and IGBT Failure Solution of Prestige Induction.

E9 Error in Prestige pic 14.0

Most of the induction cookers have the problem of not sensing the utensils or having E0 error and IGBT damage, there are different reasons for this, E9 error was coming due to the voltage divider resistor being open in this induction cooker of Prestige.

Some reasons for not sensing utensils are given below,

1- The most important part of the induction cooker is IGBT, in some induction cookers IGBT Gate to Drain is short, causing problems with E0, E1, E2, E8, or E9 in the induction cooker.

2 - In the induction cooker, a Zener diode is installed in the Gate to the Source of IGBT, sometimes, even this Zener diode damage causes the problem of E0, E1, E2, E8, or E9 in the inductance.

3- The problem of E0, E1, E2, E8, or E9 comes due to the voltage divider resistor being open most of the time in the induction cooker. , Whose value is any one of 200K, 220K, 330K, 470K, and 820K.
4 - Even if the capacitor of the 5MFD 400VOLT is damaged, the induction vessel does not sense.

5 - 0.33MFD 1200VOLT Capacitor damage does not cause the pot to be sensed in induction.

6 - The driver section is very important in an induction cooker. Even if the transistor of the driver section is faulty, the induction cooker does not sense the pot or an E0 error occurs or it also damages the IGBT.
