E9 Error in Induction Cooker

An induction cooker is one of the very useful home appliances, sometimes some errors appear in it.

Sometimes an error gets fixed on its own. And there are many such errors when the induction cooker needs to be fixed.

when using induction, there is some voltage problem, which means if the voltage goes up or down, the induction cooker shows E1 Error, E2 error, E3 error, E4 error, E5 error, E7 error, or  E8 error. each Induction Cooker manufacturer shows a different above error when the voltage is low or high.

This type of error is automatically corrected when the voltage is normal. But sometimes the above error occurs even when the voltage is normal. That's why the induction cooker needs repair.

There can be many reasons for the E1 error in an induction cooktop.

1) Induction cooker shows an E1 error even if there is no pot on the induction cooker.

2) Induction cooktop shows an E1 error due to low input AC voltage.

3) Induction cooker E1 error shows due to 5mfd/400volt filter capacitor damage.

4) Induction cooker shows E1 error even due to damage of 0.3 mfd/1200volt capacitor.

5) E1 error occurs in induction cooktop due to IGBT short between Gate and Source.

6) The induction cooktop shows error E1 even though the transistors 8050 and 8550 of the driver section are shorted or open.

7) The driver section requires DC 18Volt to work. The induction cooktop shows E1 error even though there is no 18Volt in the driver section.

8) From rectifier section to microcontroller input AC voltage sense in SMPS section, 1-watt voltage divider resistor is connected to output of 4007 diodes, their value is 220k, 270k, 330k 470k or 820k if any of these voltage divider resistors open Even then the induction cooktop shows E1 error.

9) Induction Cooker shows E1 error even if there is a short or open in IN4007 diode of SMPS section.
