Nowadays its use has increased a lot. It is obvious that problems also arise in this and if no one throws such an expensive thing, then the work of repairing it also comes. Problems also arise in induction cookers as compared to other appliances. And any person who has a little technical knowledge can easily repair it.

People call induction cookers by different names. Some call it an induction cooktop, some call it an induction stove and some also call it a hotplate.

The induction cooker has four important parts 

Induction coil  
Cooling fan  
Control circuit board  
Powerboard

1) Induction coil: 

The job of an induction coil is to create an electromagnetic field.

Positive voltage is given from the cathode of the rectifier to one end of the coil of the induction cooker. And the other end is connected to the drain of the IGBT.

When switching voltage is given to the IGBT gate, the current flows through the coil of the induction cooker and this generates an electromagnetic field its frequency is very high, about 30KHZ, and due to this, the vessel is placed above the induction cooker and gets heated. Seems like.

The work of the coil in an induction cooker is just that. The induction cooker coil is made of copper or aluminum and has an enamel coating on it.

Sometimes the coil of the induction cooker gets burnt, there is no other problem with the rest of the coil, you will easily see it when the coil is burnt.

2) Cooling Fan: 

The second important part of the induction cooker is its cooling fan.

When we start the induction cooker, the current flows through the induction cooker up to 10 amperes and this current flows through IGBT, Bridge Rectifier, and Coil, then due to such high current flow, IGBT, Bridge Rectifier, and Coil are very hot becomes. And by heating, these components can deteriorate. 

So for this, the heatsink is brought to IGBT and Rectifier in the induction cooker and this heatsink gets very hot due to the heat of the IGBT and Rectifier, then the cooling fan is used in the induction cooker to cool this heatsink and coil of the induction cooker. is taken. This fan is of 18volt.

If we do not use the fan in the induction cooker, then the coil of the induction may burn due to heat. The induction cooker will overheat and show an error message on the display and the IGBT of the induction cooker will be damaged again and again.

3) Control Panel: 

The third important part of the induction cooker is Control Panel. There are two types of control panels in an induction cooker, one comes with Microswitches and the other comes with Touch Button.

The user is given a control panel in the induction cooker to operate the induction cooker. By operating the switches given above the control panel, you can increase or decrease the temperature of the induction cooker, using the timer, you can turn off the induction after some time according to you, and to see the temperature and wattage, there is a button in the control panel. A seven-segment display is given on which you can see whatever changes you make. 

In some induction cookers, LEDs are used instead of seven-segment displays. The LED is ON as much as the wattage or temperature you set.

So the Control Panel is used to operate the induction cooker according to the user.

Sometimes there are some problems with the control panel of the induction cooker.

i) Sometimes the Touch Button does not work in the Touch Button panel, for this problem is solved by taking the Touch Button Panel out of the top cover of the induction cooker and cleaning it properly.

ii) In Induction Cooker with a Microswitch, most of the Microswitch gets damaged, due to which the switch of the Induction Cooker does not work, it gets fixed after changing the switch which does not work.

4) Power Board: 

The fourth important part of the induction cooker is Power Board.
