Heating pause problem in induction Cooker

Heating pause problem in Bajaj Majesty Induction.

Sometimes induction cooker has intermittent heating problems. The main reason for this is a fault in the current sensing section.

The current sensing is done by a shunt placed between the source pin of the IGBT and the anode pin of the bridge rectifier.

The third number pin of the IGBT is the source, from this pin, a track is connected through a resistor to a preset on the circuit board, if the resistor or preset in this track is damaged, then the problem of intermittent heating will occur in the induction cooker.
