Induction cooker Repair Total Solutions

Induction Cooker में maximum time E0 Problem आता है इसके आने के कई reason होते है।
1. अगर Induction cooker के ऊपर कोई बर्तन ना हो या induction supportive बर्तन ना हो तो induction cooker E0 error show करता है।
2. Induction cooker में 5mfd/400 volt का box type capacitor Filter capacitor use किया होता है ये capacitor ख़राब होने से भी E0 error आता है।
3. Induction cooktop में 0.3 mfd/400 volt का एक box type capacitor use किया होता है जो की LC Circuit में लगा होता है ये capacitor damage होने से भी E0 एरर आता है।
4. induction cooker में बहोत से section है जिसमे से pot sensing एक section है। इस section में induction cooker की coil, 0.3 mfd/400 volt का capacitor और कुछ High value के resistors use किये हुए है। ये resisters induction cooktop कि coil के across लगे हुए होते है।इन resisters की value 270k , 330k, 390k 470k और 820k इनमेसे होती है। इन resisters से 300 से 350 volt DC divider circuit के through divide होके 0.8 से 1.5 volt तक drop होकर microcontroller ic को जाता है। अगर इसमें से एखाद resister open होने से भी induction cooktop में E0 problem आता है।
5. induction cooker के output section में एक IGBT(isolated gate bipolar transistor ) use किया है। अगर कभी IGBT internally ख़राब जाय तो भी induction कुकर E0 error show करता है।
6. Induction cooker के IGBT के gate से source को एक Zener Diode connect होता है ये zener diode ख़राब होने से भी E0 problem आता है।
7. IGBT का gate resister open होने से भी Induction cooker E0 error show करता है।
8. driver transistor 8050 और 8550 के short या open होने से induction cooker E0 problem show करता है।
9. power supply कि problem की वजह से भी induction cooker E0 error show करता है।
10. Induction cooktop की microcontroller IC ख़राब होने से E0 error आता है।
